SENIOR PROPERTY EXECUTIVE (AGENCY / LEASING)

You will work closely to provide real estate solutions to our esteemed Clients as well as support the Vice President on operational matters.

  • Must possess a Degree in Estate Management / Property / Real Estate.
  • Minimum 3 years property-related work experience.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proactive, dynamic, ability to multitask and able to work under pressure.
  • Possess own vehicle and valid driving license.
  • High calibre graduates / executives with property related experience are encouraged to apply.
PROPERTY EXECUTIVE AND ASSISTANT
  • Graduate from a reputable University (Executives).
  • STPM or Diploma (Assistants).
  • Excellent in English and possess good communication skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possess own vehicle and valid driving license.
  • Working experience is not essential.
REAL ESTATE AGENT

Reporting to the Senior Vice President you will join a dynamic team and provide quality advice to clients.

  • Degree or Diploma in either Real Estate and Finance or Marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic and Self-motivated Team Player.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
RESEARCH ANALYST

Reporting to the Executive Director of the Research department you will obtain and expand research databases and prepare research and feasibility study reports as appropriate.

  • Degree in Estate Management / Economics or Finance.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of market research experience.
  • Attentive to details, information collection and provide clear reporting.
  • Team player, meticulous, resourceful and strong analytical skills.
  • Good writing and analytical skill and must have an excellent command of English.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

TENANT REPRESENTATION

Reporting to the Vice President of Tenant Representation you will work closely to provide real estate solutions to our esteemed Clients as well as support the Vice President in the delivery of our cutting edge services.
  • Must possess a Degree in Estate / Property Management.
  • Minimum 3-5 years property related work experience.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proactive, dynamic, ability to multitask and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Possess own vehicle and valid driving license.
  • High achievers and result orientated candidates will be preferred.

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE (PROPERTY MANAGEMENT)

  • Accounting or business qualification are essential.
  • Commercial acumen and proven ability to manage a business and manage your priorities.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience.
  • Monitoring the movement of funds and bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and cash flow statement.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (PROPERTY MANAGEMENT)

  • LCCI / Diploma in accountancy.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience.
  • A fast learner eager to learn new systems and approaches.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

PROPERTY MANAGER

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of the Property Management department you will manage all aspects of the property management delivery requirement for our clients.

  • Degree or professional qualification in property / facility / estate  management.
  • Minimum 5-7 year working experience in managing commercial buildings.
  • Build and maintain close working relationship with clients
  • Familiar with all aspects of building management including tenancy administration, maintenance, security, cleaning and car park operation.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

BUILDING MANAGER / RETAIL CENTRE MANAGER

  • A University degree or professional qualification in engineering, property or facilities management.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in building / facilities management or retail centre.
  • Ability to manage suppliers, control and monitor facility budgets.
  • High level client relationship skills in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate in MS Word and Excel.

BUILDING SUPERVISOR

  • Diploma in Building/Property Management/M&E related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in the management of high-rise buildings/condominiums.
  • Those without relevant qualifications but with minimum 5 years working experience in a similar capacity will be considered.
  • Possess good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia .
  • Computer literate in MS Word and Excel.

HT / LV CHARGEMEN

  • Certificate of competency from Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
  • Experience in Management of high-rise buildings and supervision of Maintenance Staff / Service Contractors / Operations of M&E installation.
  • Possess good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia .
  • Computer literate in MS Word and Excel.

TECHNICIAN / HANDYMAN

  • Certificate in plumbing/carpentry/electrical.
  • Experience in maintenance works in high-rise buildings including plumbing, HVAC and BAS / BMS system.
  •  Those without relevant qualifications but with minimum 2 years related experience are also encouraged to apply.

CHIEF SECURITY OFFICERS

  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Physically fit.  Ideally above 35 years old.
  • Able to speak and write fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Familiar with fire-fighting systems for high rise buildings.
  • Ex-service personnel from Army/Police/Fire Brigade are encouraged to apply.
  • Prepared to work on shifts.
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience.

MANAGEMENT CLERK

  • Diploma or minimum SPM qualifications.
  • At least 2 years working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Some knowledge of accounts would be an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia .
  • Computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Emails.

HELPDESK ADMINISTRATORS / CUSTOMER SERVICE CO-ORDINATORS

  • Degree/Diploma in any Business discipline preferably Property Management.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Emails.

DRAUGHTS PERSON

  • Diploma / Certificate in Draughting Discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience.
  • Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD and Visio.
SECRETARY
  • Diploma in PSC or DES.
  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience.
  • Pleasing personality. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Accurate typing skills with the ability to write shorthand dictation.
  • Good time management, organisation and co-ordination skills, independent and pro-active.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

OFFICE MESSENGER

  • SPM or SRP / PMR qualification.
  • Must have a valid driving license.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience & familiar with PJ / KL areas.
  • To assist in store and general administration duties.
  • Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
